It’s hard to believe that summer is over! Some great things have been going on with Functional Conditioning. First of all, I have a new radio show on 630 KHOW every Saturday night at 7:00 PM. If you cannot get AM reception, just log on to http://www.KHOW.com and hear the show live. We are now on Tom Martino’s referral list at http://www.troubleshooter.com/cf_referral/MemberDetail.cfm?MemberID=2841 . I am proud of that accomplishment! Tom only lists businesses that exceed customer expectations. We are the ONLY Fitness Training business on their web site. We have outgrown our current office, and will be moving to a larger suite in the same building. We are moving from suite 304B to 307. So, the new address is 7985 Vance Dr., Suite 307, Arvada, CO 80003. Our phone number will be staying the same. I will be transitioning myself away from Premier Fitness, and spending more time doing what I love - that is putting Functional Conditioning first. Managing a health club takes a lot of work, and my satisfaction comes from helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. We have started a program for overweight children. The class is six weeks long and incorporates education, as well as exercise for the kids. Please help me spread the word. Our kids are our future, and 70% of overweight children become overweight adults. Watch for some more information on our website.
I would like to invite you to take on a new challenge! That challenge is to take 10,000 steps per day. Instead of plopping down in front of the TV after dinner go out for a nice 30 minute walk. If you have a dog, they would appreciate the exercise. Or you can bike, hike, swim, and lift weights or anything that gets your heart rate up. I encourage you to do the 10,000 steps a day program for at least 30 days. You can buy the pedometers from us for just $19.95 plus tax. Functional Conditioning was created to help people lose weight, feel better, and increase their fitness level. I appreciate all of the referrals and kind emails that I receive from each and every one of you. I appreciate the doctors who send me patients, and trust that their patients are in good hands. I appreciate all of my staff, family, and friends who continue to support me in making a difference in peoples’ lives. |
