Bridget Wagoner
Functional Conditioning Fitness Trainer
Growing up as an athlete and
seeing what an impact coaches can have on an individual’s life convinced Bridget
that she too one day wanted to inspire others to make their dreams become
reality. After spending two years at Northern Oklahoma College as a Maverick
cheerleader, she decided to continue her education at the University of Oklahoma
to pursue a B.S. in Health and Sports Sciences. Bridget realized her calling for
personal training while working as a student trainer at the university
recreation center. Upon graduation she began training as the Lead Personal
Trainer at a private gym in Norman, Oklahoma. Her passion and personal attention
helped several clients win gym-wide transformation contests by losing 30-50
pounds plus with the right nutrition and exercise plan. Over 2 years later,
Bridget married and moved to Colorado, where she is still changing the lives of
others who are struggling to get those extra pounds off. Even though her
specialty is weight loss, she has also been successful in helping the hard
gainer male pack on the pounds with lean muscle mass too.

In addition to Bridget’s bachelor’s
degree, she has also earned her certification from the National Academy of
Sports Medicine-Certified Personal Trainer, and she continues everyday to
further her education and knowledge of the science to ensure that her clients
are continually getting the results they desire for their fitness goals. Bridget
believes that with personal dedication and the right trainer to implement a
proper nutrition and exercise plan, you too can achieve your personal goals.
When she can see happiness and success in her client’s goals, then she knows she
has succeeded in hers.
