I just wanted to thank Brian for helping me to look and feel better than I ever have in my life!  At first I thought it would be hard to track my food and exercise, but it is now a lifestyle change and part of my daily routine.  If anyone says that they don't have time to exercise and to eat better, then it's just because they are not willing to try hard enough.  When I started out my program with Brian, I was in school full time, working full time, married and have a house to take care of, but I still found time to take care of myself.  In just 5 months, I have gone from almost 21% body fat down to 14% and my dress size dropped from 10/12 to 4/6! 

Now that I have graduated, I am more motivated than ever to continue my workouts and to reshaping my body!  It was such a good feeling to get so many compliments about how great I looked at my graduation.  I don't think I have ever received so many at one time…it was a bit overwhelming!  Thanks Brian!
