Brian has been helping people lose weight, increase strength, improve posture along with adding flexibility for over 16 years. His commitment to fitness started in his twenties when he realized that nobody gets to be twenty something forever. Brian hit the books, earning his degree in Sports and Fitness Technologies from Denver Technical College. Quickly, he worked his way up to Fitness Director at the Cherry Creek Athletic Club. In October of 2001, Brian started Functional Conditioning giving access to quality fitness advice to everyone regardless of income.
