What an amazing month
January was! Functional Conditioning was featured on CBS news and the Denver
channel News 4. Business has been great! I am very thankful
so many people have chosen Functional Conditioning to be the vehicle to
help them get into the best shape of their life. We are booked for up to two
weeks at a time, so please be sure you keep your scheduled appointment. If
you do need to change your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
I would like to share with you the difference between two types of
individuals. I see both types of people every day. The difference between the
two has nothing to do with education, financial security, race, sex, age or if
they are married or single. The only difference is one person is a winner and
the other person chooses to quit.
A winner dedicates themselves for the long haul.
A quitter wants immediate gratification.
A winner makes a lifestyle change.
A quitter is always searching for the easiest way to get
things done.
A winner makes time to exercise.
A quitter cannot possibly squeeze in exercise, they have too
much TV to watch.
A winner offers no excuses for the current shape they are in.
A quitter always has someone or something to blame.
A winner keeps going even when the road gets rocky.
A quitter immediately goes back to their old ways at the first
sign of trouble.
A winner understands a magic pill has never and will never
exist.
A quitter keeps lining the pockets of the infomercials.
A winner judges his/her progress by how they feel.
A quitter's entire life revolves on what the bathroom scale
reads.
A winner does not expect perfection, only to do the best they
can.
A quitter's attitude is it's all or nothing. Most times it is
nothing!!!
The biggest difference between a winner and a quitter is, a
winner never quits!!!
